Óscar Farfán is a photographer and visual artist born in Guatemala in 1973, and has spent most of his career living in Mexico. Farfán’s work is based on the registration and memories related to documentary photography, as well as the conceptual origin of the rules and intrinsic problems of photography as a medium towards other strategies of production in visual arts. Óscar Farfán was nominated by Rosina Cazali.
