Gustavo Pérez Monzón TRAMAS 

This catalog accompanies the first solo exhibition in the United States of Cuban artist, Gustavo Pérez Monzón (b. 1956) at CIFO Art Space (December 2, 2015 – May 8, 2016). Composed of a selection of works from the Ella Fontanals- Cisneros Collection, the bilingual book (English & Spanish) includes an opening text from Ms. Fontanals-Cisneros, texts from art historians; Néstor Díaz de Villegas and Corina Matamoros, an interview with Gustavo Peréz Monzón by the Curators of the exhibition; Elsa Vega and René Francísco Rodríguez, and lastly, the artist’s biography with an illustrated timeline.

The book is illustrated with more than 50 photographs in color, some presented with comments from the artist.
